We support the creation of an international platform for providing online services in the field of psychotherapy - "Psycman". This platform will allow specialists (IPAS members) to provide professional advisory and educational services from anywhere in the world in a language acceptable to them.

Airbnb's experience transferred to the field of psychology will help stabilize prices for services in this area, and will also allow more responsible specialists to receive more requests due to the rating formed according to the assessments of patients and students. So, for example, psychologists from India will be able to provide online consultations at prices that seem overpriced to patients in the United States.

To prevent restrictions on the circulation of funds, it was decided to build this system based on blockchain technology. Thus, payment will be made with a special "PSM" token, which will be distributed both among users of the platform as bonuses and among the owners of NFT tokens of the founders. Each NFT token will determine the level of investment in this project and will allow owners to receive both simultaneously upon launch rewards in "PSM" tokens and monthly from commissions for payments for specialist services.

Thus, each owner of our NFT will now be able to confirm their rights by identifying this token in their wallet. Thus, 10% of the earnings from commissions will be regularly distributed among the founders, generating regular income, and the limited number of tokens will lead to increased demand among users of psychologists' services, since they will buy tokens using fiat money.

At this stage, anyone can become a founder while remaining completely confidential, just like our patients seeking consultations in the new system. Membership societies receive two issues per year of the IPAS Newsletter. They are also invited to use the IPAS Newsletter as a platform to publish information (scientific material, conferences, etc.) that may be of interest to the IPAS membership.
The Presidents of membership societies receive a subscription to the IPAS as official scientific journal, "Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics", free of charge.
Membership societies (and all their individual members) are entitled to subscribe to IPAS as official scientific journal, "Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics", at a special, substantially reduced rate.
Membership societies (and all their individual members) enjoy reduced registration rates at the IPAS World Congresses, IPAS-sponsored regional seminars, workshops and masterclasses, and a number of IPAS-co-sponsored conferences.
Membership societies have the right to vote at the IPAS General Assemblies which usually take place during the IPAS World Congresses.
